RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Ozone Care, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, weโ€™re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused
- be in its original packaging
- be in the same condition that you received it
- include proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care items may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- opened or used personal care products
- items marked as final sale
- gift cards
- downloadable or digital products, if applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@ozone-care.com.

Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ozone-care.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to wait for the delayed shipment or receive a full refund.
